I was in and out quickly and I believe that was because I made an appointment. Joshua explained what had been done to me and made suggestions on other things that should be addressed. I was very pleased. This is not the only occasion that I had been pleased with the service. A few months back I had to have the battery replaced (not a speedy process by any means because it is a special battery) and Carlos and a master mechanic (did not get his name) worked wonders.
