I have have had great service at Toyota Midland. My last service was scheduled on a Saturday, February 7th and Joshua my service manger was super. The service department was swamped and very busy. I was in and out quickly and I believe that was because I made an appointment. Joshua explained what had been done to me and made suggestions on other things that should be addressed. I was very pleased. This is not the only occasion that I had been pleased with the service. A few months back I had to have the battery replaced (not a speedy process by any means because it is a special battery) and Carlos and a master mechanic (did not get his name) worked wonders. I was exceptionally pleased on how professionally that was taken care of. I am so impressed with the service. Truly the knowledge and skills of the people working in service will certainly bring you back.

What’s amazing is that we drove in with at 11:45 AM for our 3rd complementary oil change on our recently purchased Toyota Tacoma. By 1:30 PM we were driving off the lot with a Brenda new 2026 Toyota Crown XLE Hybrid! All it took was for us to walk around the lot and see this beautiful car! George saw us looking and came out to talk. We told him that we just bought our truck and that we were just admiring this beautiful touring car. He didn’t push us. He just opened the door. My wife sat down behind the wheel and I sat down in the passenger seat. I won’t lie to you, we’ve both owned and loved our quality Mercedes Benz, this car is in their league. The last time I owned a Toyota vehicle was back in 2020. I went to Toyota of Midland just to browse at their used vehicles but of course I ended up wondering to the new Toyota vehicles. I ended up buying a new 2026 4Runner Limited that I felI in love with after the test drive. Here is the kicker my hubby and I were there to buy me a vehicle well my hubby ended up buying a new 2026 Tundra TRD Pro. So we ended up leaving with two new Toyota vehicles. Our sales person Adrian Leyva and sales manager JR were really easy to work with and the deals were beneficial to both parties.

I got my Valentine at Toyota of Midland. I’ve been searching for an SUV that would meet my needs and found my Dream …2022 Highlander! Comfortable, very well cared for by previous owner, so not a real hard sell for Luis…but thanks to you for all your help.
